WOW !!!!!!! WHAT A FIND!!!!!!! THIS VW IS A FABULOUS LITTLE CAR WITH VERY COOL DOCUMENTATION!!!!!!Purchased from the second owner in Jacksonville Florida about a year ago. He lived in Colorado for several years and he had bought her from a fellow in South Carolina believed to be the original owner.  I'm 78 and have wanted a early VW (pre 1968) for many years!!!! Unfortunately I should have bought one years ago as I'm just not able to do her justice any longer. SHE IS A MATCHING NUMBERS CAR AND SHE RUNS AND DRIVES REALLY WELL!!! Plenty of power for her original 1300 engine. SHE HAS DRIVER QUALITY PAINT AND QUITE A GOOD LITTLE BODY AND FENDERS. Her interior is very presentable with only the carpet needing some glue in places, also her top is in very good order. All in all a great driver fun car as is, BUT I have bought from the BUG shop in southern California all new bumpers along with sun visors and new floor pans. Needs foot wells under seats replaced the rest of the underbody is pretty nice for it's age. These items I purchased as I planned to restore her to as new condition. But she has run so well and been so much fun I have forgotten about any type of a restoration.
