hi and welcome to the auction of my 1976 mustang cobra . bought the car in about 1995 after allways wanting one. i ran it around for a few weeks and decided that the standard 185hp was not enough. the motor was pulled out and striped completly even the core plugs. after that the lifter vally was ground smouth then the block was acid dipped and reboared new core plugs were fitted. new cam baerings. crane fast road cam and crane cam followers new steel cam chain and sprocket set . the crank was reground new big end and main bearings fitted and hi comp forged pistons and rings. at this point i got distracted by a member of the oppasit sex and the car project was shelved. i have now decided to let someone else finnish it and have some fun. the car was advertised on ebay in the autum snd sold for the bargin price of 1600 quid to john6966 who  lives in dream land  and did not turn up so its up for sale again.

there are loads of parts to go with the car to finnish the engine

new mcloud clutch kit

new flexi fan

new chrome rocker covers

new engine gaskit set

new chromemolly pushrods(manley)

new valve springs (comp cams)

new high pressure high volume oil pump(sealed power)

new oil pickup pipe ans strainer(sealed power)

new oil pump drive(sealed power)

new edelbrock chrome air cleaner

new bellmouth

holly four barrel carb plus spare gasket set and a choice of pump springs

holly street dominator inlet manifold (used)

tube headers (used)

and an engine stand to build it all on

as it has been sat around for a few years there is some surface rust on the boares that would dissapear if you waved a honeing tool at it. overall condition of car is not bad and she is pritty solid . as been indoors all the time apart from being pushed outside for the photos last year.

I am a young student in belgium that is intrested in buying your Ford mustang cobra 302ci 1976. I am ready to come and get the car but would like to know if it is still available if it is a Manuel or an automatic and the side of the steering wheel.
