10/71 HQ v8 LS MONARO 81237QH7047## BHQ133##S BODY:133##S PAINT:567-13121 TRIM :1826-18S originally a 308 auto. amethyst in colour with flax trim . it has all its tags on it but does not have the original rails. it has an engineers report from the 80's for the rail change(had a new chassis no issued) a 350 engine and 9and1/4" rear rims although the rear of the car has not been modified. he guard lips are original(have not been flared or rolled) car now features a very mild 350. Saginaw 4sp. ims are 7x15"(genuine Pontiac not re banded 14")tyres are 215/60/15 and are 99%. ts dash. lso has factory power steer and air con. has been made to look like a factory 350 using many original parts this is a regretful sale but I just don't have time to use the car. it also needs some finishing jobs done that I just cant find the time to do. nothing major just little things. the car was resprayed in its original colour and retrimmed in its original colour (with the addition of houndstooth and gts styling)about 3 years ago. it has been driven but not a lot and still presents very very well. in those last 3 years a lot has been renewed: balljoints suspension bushes drag link recoed power steering box recoed brake master cyl and brakes new clutch. new clutch master and slave cyl new 2" dual exhaust door and body seals where all replaced with new ones except lh 1/4 mould (will supply) and much more things that need doing are front springs are a bit low for me although it does look good (will supply springs) there are a few rattles inside need sorting ( dash facia vibrates) windows wind up and down okay but could do with some realigning the wind whistles through them at speed( will supply roller kit) original radio needs speaker( have old one but its shot) and an aerial. ( will supply elec aerial new but not gen and the original aerial dash switch and wiring harness has a few rattles underneath I think one is the speedo cable. think the gear shifter touches the floor under acceleration ( not much) and the top insulators on the rear springs need replacing. I don't have these they are easy to get and simple to replace I ran over a large speed hump and now the exhaust rattles a bit and sits crooked one side. again easily fixed there is also a slight whine in the drive train not sure if its the gearbox ( saginaws are bit noisy)or a wheel bearing or the diff . I will also supply with the car the buyers choice of a reco Muncie 4 speed gearbox (will fit without much modification if any) of the original turbo 400 that was in the car with all the bits to refit into car (includingcrossmember. oke. ipes. lexplate. loor shifter and harness and the console part) also on offer to the buyer (not included in auction) is a full recoed disc brake 3. 55 lsd with new discs and rebuilt calipers including pipes and cables Any questions please ask. please come and view. it wont disappoint NUMBERS PLATES DO NOT COME WITH CAR STANDARD PLATES WILL ISSUED CAR HAS NSW REGO 31/10/14 PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING ****************** NO SCAMMERS.
