This P1800ES has had only five keepers from new and benefits from extensive restoration carried out between 2009 and 2012 including body rebuild and respray. reconditioned gearbox and new clutch. recored radiator. works to brakes. steering and suspension. fuel injection including new loom. ECU testing & 4 new Firestone tyres. 'MBJ 189K' is finished in green with original beige leather interior.

The car is offered for sale with copies of old registration documents (including the buff logbook). numerous invoices for parts  totalling thousands of £££s and workshop manual.

Comes with front spots and original FM Volvo radio

This P1800ES drives very well and would be well suited for everyday use with fuel injection and discs all round.

UK registered with V5 present

Qualifies for classic insurance and is exempt road tax making this car very cheap to run as well as oozing in style and character!

 

note: as car is currently in Republic of Ireland we are unable to present it for UK MOT. Car did undergo MOT prior to our purchase on 13. 6. 2013 and failed on several items which we have since rectified namely: bad tyres. headlamp bulb inoperative. flexi brake pipe twisted and rear brake binding. We undertake to guarantee that car will now pass UK MOT. If for any reason it doesn't we will cover the cost of repair once presented with 'Refusal of MOT Certificate'

If you still have the car can you please tell me what the next list of jobs would be to do on the vehicle. How much bubbling paint is there and where? What sort of condition is the engine in? Is the drivers seat ok or has the base collapsed?
