I've turned 70 years old so I have decided to reduce dramatically my collection of classic cars so here for sale is my super  Lotus Elite 501 2.0 cc, I have owned this great car for 15 months or so, it came to me a running driving honest car needing a sympathetic recommissioning following a long lay up which has now been carried out , The body/paintwork is in nice order bearing only minor age related blemishes, there is no crazing  or cracking !, but obviously has had some remedial work over the years and in my opinion requires no work, the engine is very strong and healthy consistent great  oil pressure and maintains a great running temperature, recently serviced of course !,5 speed gearbox ,clutch and differential all fine with no unwanted noises, a full stainless exhaust system is fitted which sounds great !!, inside the car has seen some modification ie the front seats have been replaced with some lovely black leather ones suits the car well and very comfy, the saggy Lotus headlining has been renewed, although there isn't much of it as this Elite has the factory Panoramic tinted glass roof fitted looks great !!,carpets ,dash, carpets are all in decent condition and the front electric windows operate well, the power steering is light and responsive, The origional alloys are fitted with excellent tyres 6mm all round, I love driving this car it receives admiring comments where ever it goes, the Lotus is road tax and MOT exempt but I took it for an MOT anyway which it past with no trouble ,There are many MOT certificates to back up the low mileage, So here you have an opportunity to purchase a usable piece of 70's exotica , need require £11995 for the car ! if interested give me call on 07948095466 or message me, ask for Jim,
