75 911 -rust and accident free Californian car. upgraded to 3.0The car has long been wide body converted and also changed from targa to cabriolet - well executed at the time but showing a few signs of age ( I'll get to that later ) formerly owned by a Porsche technician with plenty of new and uprated parts, the car is more a work in progress than a concours job - fun and functional rather than a cosseted asset.It runs and drives very well, looks the part and certainly wont crumble to dust or dissolve overnight. However , it has some scratches, chips and couple of cracks in the paint I would live with it - many wouldn't. A couple of exterior trim end caps missing, the door cards have speaker holes the size of texas , and the hood and interior look a bit tired - oh and I cracked the screen fitting a new rubber ( well it actually cracked itself sat on a trestle.. but I didn't help it in the re fitting process) I am sure there will be some jobs to do down the line, but its had new brake hoses and has been at a Porsche specialist for tuning and setting up correctly - I didn't get any head shakes or worrying comments - which makes a change
