When new. Rover P5B's were used by Royalty and Government Ministers. Today. you only have to drive one a short distance to understand why they were held in such high esteem by the VIP's of the 1960's and 70's. They are a commanding presence when out on the road and a pleasure to drive.

This road tax exempt example looks superb with it's admiralty blue livery and cream leather upholstery. It would be a pleasure to show it at any of next season's classic car rallies.

The documentation file contains numerous previous MOT certificates dating back to 1986. a number of expired road tax discs and dozens of invoices detailing work carried out on the car since 1988 totalling over £8500.

It was comprehensively restored in the early 1990's with a large album of detailed photographs showing the work as it progressed. The body was fully refurbished and the engine rebuilt and converted to run on unleaded fuel.

It has recently had the paintwork refinished again to bring the exterior back up to the standard of the rest of the car. This has also been documented with a series of photographs showing the work.

The current MOT and Historic free Road Tax run until September 2014.
