1974 Ford E-Series Van

For your consideration is an absolutely stunning western '74 Ford e-100 Van.  A reliable dry van that is capable of being a daily driver or a show cruiser!  Tough PA state safety inspection is current (7/2022)! Below I will do my best to describe the van and give as many details as I can, as described to me by the owner of the van.   If there are any questions, please ask.  I can take as many photos or videos as you may like.

This is the LAST year of this style van!  Beyond that, this is a very late build (December 1974).  The last run of the best!  

Mechanical:

The 302, C4, 9” rear drivetrain is in tip top condition with no issues.  The Engine cracks to life quickly and comes to a very nice idle as it should.  It runs strong, cool and believe it or not efficiently!   The fuel sipping 302 sounds great through its exhaust system and is smooth as silk.  The C4 automatic goes into gear smoothly and shifts firmly through all of its gears.  There are no apparent leaks or issues at all. 

Many of the steering and serviceable engine parts have been serviced and changed.  Within the past 4,000 miles the power steering, many steering/suspension components, brakes, tune up and timing chain have been replaced.  The van, runs, shifts, drives, steers, stops as it should.  Its ready for battle! 

The Craigar SS wheels and BF-Goodrich tires are newer

Exterior:

Still wearing its original paint, the paint looks absolutely stunning for original. (The flairs are not factory painted)  The body is in very nice shape.  There are some normal dents and surface stuff like that but you will find no rot issues.  Check out the pictures to see how nice the van really is.  The glass, bumpers and trim is in very nice shape.  All of the exterior lights and indicators work well!  The windshield wipers work as well.  All of the doors open and close very nicely. 

Interior:

The van floor is pretty close to perfect as one could expect.  The gauges all work and the heat blows hot!  Its hard to find the heater box and heat set up still working in these vans.  This heat system works as it should.  The seats are very nice.  Window all work well, they go up and down as they should!

Underside:

Stunning!  This van is almost spotless on the underside.  The frame, floors and components are very dry and rust free.  All of the front suspension, springs and steering components are in great shape.  This van is in great shape inside and out!

Summary:

This largely original and stunning van is ready for the car show circuit or to be used daily.  It would make a good reliable and COOL company van or anything you could imagine.  If you have any questions, please ask.
