Hi,Due to ill health, I am selling my second hand spares business which includes all parts (over £750,000 of stock) and 5 complete rolls royces to be broken for spares. We are located: Autocontinental, Airport House, Kingsmill Lane, South Nutfield, Redhill, Surrey. RH1 5JY.comes with 5 year lease rent rates electric £660 a Month6 cars in yard yard holds 17 carsThe parts have all been removed from vehicles aged 1966-1996 and shelved.The sale is with 4 x 20ft containers and a 40 foot  full of parts . a 10x10 lockable tool store   yard holds 15 cars full of spares which are all shelved out. It also includes a 5 ton forklift and a 20n foot portacabin and a 10x10 portacabin for storage   two sheds which is used as an office.We can offer exchange on lease and the rent, rates, water and electric currently costs us £660 pcm. We are happy for the phone lines to be taken over by the new owners. I would be happy to work for the new owners for a handover period for a sensible wage for a few months (3-4 days a week). By business has done very well over the last 15 years since I have been selling these parts and I have many returning regular customers and are well known in the rolls royce and bentley circles.We have a small workshop but we have been using a local rolls royce mechanic due my ill health He has been working on Rolls royce and Bentleys for over 40 years and is happy for me to add a profit on his labour charges. Any other information please contact me to discuss.
