Toyota Toyoace Pick up 1980 in very good condition.We paid a company who import very clean cars from Japan two years ago for this lovely little pick up.It has only done 18,250 Kilometes and drives lovely.Its a 1600cc petrol engine with a column change manual gear box with 4 gears and once you get the hang of the column change she drives along easily and at a very reasonable pace.Ist gear is quite low so you can comfortably move of in second and soon into top you can pop around town with good pick up and acceleration.She is also very good on fuel having just a single little carb on a 4 cylinder engine with no costly modern injectors or energy management to worry about.The body work on this pick up is extremely clean with only a little rust from water collecting inside the bed of the pick up.The chassis has never been repaired and is wax oiled and is in perfect condition.We have finally managed with the DVLA (took months) to register her as a historic vehicle so no road tax or Mot and now LEZ Compliant.(she was Mot'd after import in order to uk register her which again took over 6 months and so she had a full mot up until may this year).During storage for the UK registration the drivers window was broken so this is now perspex which you cannot notice unless you look closely.It winds up and down fine.Everything works in this little pick up as expected with such low mileage.Has a great little heater and original radio.The seats are unmarked vinyl and very comfortable.Original vinyl floor covering with one tear near the base of the steering column.The pick up comes with original jack and lowering wheel mechanism and 2 spares as shown in photos.Original hand book,2 keys and upto date V5 in my name.Great little promotional vehicle for your business, local shop rounds, classic shows or just to potter round town.very cheap to run with fully comp insurance costing me only £105.00 per annum and no road tax or other charges.Also great for low loading classic motor bikes or machinery as the rear bed is surprising low.Thats about it.A great promotional pick up and very cheap to run.I might be interested in a px with a classic car or motor bike with cash either way WHY.Thanks for looking.
