Ford Capri 2.8i project x 2

Can't have too many Capris? You can and these two will have to go. I have a small business in the north east restoring and selling spares for Capris. I bought these from the same lad whose intention had been to make one good one from the pair. Both black 2.8's, he paid a professional a small fortune to restore one of them - it was already good to start with, I know because I sold him it - and it's now extremely good. Floors chassis and sills are excellent, as is the roof and the entire under-bonnet area. A-pillars are original and excellent. The ultra-pricey front valance has been renewed, bonnet is very good, doors good, sills original and very good, front wings both replaced, partial replacement of outer rear arches - inners original are good, rear skirt and lower rear quarters renewed, tailgate good. Front offside wing needs bolting to valance which I'll see to. Car all prepped and in 2k primer just needs final finishing/flatting and will be ready for paint. Cross member, rack, power steering, rear axle etc all cleaned and painted/powder coated. Excellent headcloth. No engine or box so rolling chassis with Billsteins back and front. No interior. The other car is a 2.8i Special which is way too good to break. Engine good and fired straight up on separate fuel feed. Decent roof, good rear arches, good tailgate. Driver's door will go again - passenger door rotten (I will include a good replacement) Boot floor has flaking but not rot. Type 9 and LSD present but untested - I have been assured they are good (just today, the precious owner contacted me through Facebook and confirmed the car's good mechanical condition)  A-pillars pretty good, inner wings sound. Needs front wings as the fronts, which were good, have been cut off for some reason (I have both sections or complete replacements) Great headcloth, will include half leather seats and door cards but not driver's seat or card. Sunroof works fine. Pepperpots including good tyres. I have a powder coated set of seven spokes with brand new tyres, available by separate negotiation. Full set of glass including front screen with blue top tint. The bonnet is shot but I will include a really good one in black. If I had the space and time I'd do these myself but impossible at the moment as I'm now having to rent additional garage space for three other cars and home is also full. I have both V5's/tags and a fair amount of history. Straightforward winter project and potentially very profitable. I want to try and sell these as a pair but if they're not gone in a week I'll split them. £6250.00 buys both. If I receive sensible offers on both cars then I will split the pair and sell separately. The 2.8i Special is an 86 whilst the rolling shell is an 83. The Special has had the chassis number cut out as part of what the previous owner had been planning so will need welding back in (I have required parts and tags). Anyone choosing to make one car could sell all the duplicate parts like the front and rear Billsteins, power steering, rear axle, rear springs, shell, all of which are of high value. I have loads more photographs and can send them on request. There are a number of possibilities with these cars.1. Make one good one 2. Restore both. 3.
