1956 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Coupe, This is a fairly rare car being a 2 door hardtop. Original 324 Rocket Motor, Automatic transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Six way power front seat, Automatic Headlamp Dimmer. For the day it was fairly loaded, the 98 was the top of the line for Oldsmobile. The car was in dry storage for several years, it does run and drive, but it has no brakes. It is solid, was repainted years ago. There was some bodywork done on the outer rockers and the rear quarters which was usual for these cars. Frame and the floors are solid. Trunk pan is solid. This car is not a rust bucket. It is a good solid car that with a little work can be driven or a very sold restoration project. Interior is very good for its age. The front seat has wear, the back seat is in real nice shape. Headliner isin good shape. Dash is original and in good shape.Door panels show some wear bur are in decent shape. The power windows and the power seat is not currently working. We have not looked into it, could be a broken wire or a fuse i do not know. While in storage the front grills and the right rear molding got misplaced. they are not with the car. Other than that the car is complete.there is a very reasonable reserve so bid to own.
