“This is a ~52 year old car in driver quality condition. Not responsible if I've missed anything.”

Up for auction today is a 1969 MGC. This model is pretty rare, as it is equipped with the inline 6 cylinder engine with a 4 speed manual gear box. The car runs and drives great. It has been stored in a garage/shop since about 2016. The car is British Racing Green with black interior. The interior is in great shape as well as the exterior, although there are some minor blemishes. the car is NOT perfect. The car looks to have everything that it should including a black Tonneau cover in great shape, a black convertible top with the framework, a spare wheel/tire with the tool kit and a large wrench for the knock-offs. The car has been gone through entirely at some point before our ownership. From what I can tell, there is no rust in the car. Everything looks very solid. The car is pretty cold blooded, but once it's warmed up, it starts with a quick flick of the key, every time. All gauges work. It runs, drives, shifts and stops great, but it does grind when shifting into 3rd gear, but if you shift a little slower or double clutch, it doesn't grind. The transmission is also equipped with overdrive, which works good. The engine has plenty of power and will do freeway speeds with ease. The tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left, there is no cracking, virbrations while driving or any signs of flat spots or separation, but they are about 10 years old. I haven't had any issues driving on them. The car comes with a few extra parts including the original air cleaner, the original steering wheel and the original front shocks. Also, this listing mentions that it's a project, but that is the closest “description” from the limited drop down menu, the car is good and ready to drive now. It is a very fun car to drive.

In Closing: The above description is my observations and opinions and they vary from person to person so ask all questions prior to bidding. If I have missed anything in the cars description it was not my intention so please ask for as much detail as you need to make an informed decision  on the car prior to bidding. Don't want the winning bidder saying afterwards well you missed this or that. Be a responsible bidder and ask all questions prior to bidding. Not responsible if I've missed anything. I'm not an expert and my opinion of the car may vary from yours so please look at the photos closely and if you need more information or any extra photos please ask prior to bidding. I want the winning bidder to be satisfied with the car when it arrives. Due to the cars age and having no way to warranty the car I'm selling it in "As Is" condition and mileage exempt. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auctions end via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account then don't bid.
