1971 Triumph Herald have owned for over 5 years and covered just 1500 miles, I wanted something easy to work on with parts easy to come by and this has lived up to that checklist.Heritage Certificate confirms CV chassis, colour and red interior with heater as option. Black stripe added by previous owner and the Engine was changed a few owners back and the receipts confirm this was late 90's.I have the full DVLA list of owners from new and the car started life in High Wycombe, then moving around locally to Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and then Shepherd's bush area, before heading to Bristol then Braintree where I took custody. I have fitted a stainless manifold and twin exhaust from James Paddock, a new gearbox tunnel from chic doing, recent service by me, master cylinder fitted, new boot carpet, new interior footwell side panels in red.  I found and sourced new glove box and boot locks with keys as not present when purchased. I also found vitesse alloy bumpers and fitted. The rear valance has some rust revealed when bumpers fitted, but does not detract from car look and easily remedied by new owner if desired. The car is not perfect show condition but very useable as is. Have a few parts to include including new seat belts, haynes manual, 2 new tyres fitted September 21.Starts with the choke and tappets quieten in a few seconds as the oil pressure gets up to speed. It is a classic car and rides bumps like a classic car and rattles as it does so, but everywhere I have been people stop and look or come over for a chat its definitely a people pleaser. I have shown some photos of the bodywork which I am fault for the paint missing on top of wing as I opened the clamshell bonnet it caught something and also shown a dent behind the front near side headlight which has been there since purchase but unless pointed out not noticeable as I didn't see it on purchase. It has had 12 owners (11 before me) and I have the V5C in my name at my address where the car is garaged also. Large file of paperwork for all the items done over the last 25 years. No current MOT last one was 2019, does not need one and also zero tax as historic vehicle registered. Used just last week at a local car show which is shown in the pictures with hood up as rain spoilt the fun. The hood has a repair in the usual front passenger side near the clips, i have purchased and fitted the rear cover as seen in photos, and last year found a full second hand tonneau on ebay but not yet used. Feel free to come and see the car by appointment and escorted drives, the car will not leave me without cleared payment. Any questions welcome. No silly offers and no shipping enquiries please, the car can be driven away. Great 4 seater fun and cheap classic to use and tinker without breaking the bank.
