CMC has a great deal on a 1969 Corvette L46 Convertible. We just purchased this car from the original owner. Powered by the Numbers Matching L46 350 pushing 350 HP and having Factory Air Conditioning, this is a well optioned car.

This car has been in storage for many years by the original owner. The car is very original and basically drove the car but never restored it. He had the car painted in the original color Cortez Silver many years ago. The are numerous defects and imperfections in the car as shown in the photos. The car has never been in an accident and garage kept when not in use. The interior is original and showing signs of age. The carpets are worn. The car is wearing the original soft top and back window is yellow. The car comes with a new Al Knoch Black Convertible top still in the box. The engine bay and underside is original from 1969. Which means no one has sprayed any black spray paint on chassis or under hood components. The car is natural and pure. It is ready for a restoration or clean up and drive as is. The Factory Hardtop is is good shape. The paint along the back is becoming lose and flaking. The molding all glass is in good condition.

Mechanically the original L-46 350 runs very well and seems to have a lot of power. The car still has the factory mild cam and has a great idle. The transmission shifts into all gears. The shifter is a little stiff and could use oiling from sitting. The Factory Air is still intact but would need a recharge. The headlight actuators and wiper actuators are stuck from sitting and not being used enough. All gauges and radio appear to work well. With a little work, this car would make an excellent driver.
