Up for auction is a 1956 Chevy restomod from a private collection. This Chevy looks to be very much stock and unassuming but all the work to this classic 1956 Chevy has been done under the hood and in the suspension. This car comes with a huge book of receipts with all the work that has been done we will try to explain as much as we can but there is so much that has been done to this 1956 Chevy it will truly be hard to explain all of it.SUSPENSION On the front suspension of this 1956 Chevy restomod it includes a 600 series power steering box from CPP which is then hooked into upper and lower tubular control arms from STRONG ARM which is then hooked into a torsion bar from ride-tech to give it that solid cornering fell. To give it that awesome ride and stance it has shock-wave adjustable airbags in the front and in the rear it has a ride-tech airbar setup with shock-wave airbags to match the front. To power all of this it has 2 Vlair compressor's and tank and a airlift controller to make sure you are at perfect ride height at all times. The stopping power is just as impressive it has WILWOOD 12 inch drilled rotors all the way around with 6 piston calibers on all 4 wheels and a billet WILWOOD master cylinder for the finishing touch under the hood.  DRIVE TRAINThis 350 cid Chevy was just rebuilt with some of the best parts in 2017 finished in 2018...To name a few of the items, it has aluminum heads with WISECO rods, a COMP cam with a 218/268 lift, CLEVITE bearing, polished crank,Edelbrock intake manifolds, ARP bolts,168 tooth flywheel,a McLeod clutch, and a FI-TECH efi unit. The rear end has had new 17 spline axles and a rebuild plus the 3 speed transmission with the factory pull out overdrive lever has been rebuilt to handle all the upgrades to this awesome 350 Chevy motor. The externals of this motor have also been finished with a billet serpentine belt setup, custom headers, MSD 6AL box with a MSD coil and distributor, a full Boral exhaust system and to keep it cool a BE-COOL dual fan polished aluminum radiator. Body/PaintThe body of this 1956 Chevy looks to be solid floors and trunk all look to be rust free. The car has been painted many many years ago not sure of the time frame. The paint has been sanded and polished but there are blemishes, burns and some deep scratches that could not be removed. That said the paint is highly presentable and has a very nice even shine but it is no way flawless,it is a older paint job from many years ago. We wanted to leave the paint alone so it wasn't perfect and we could drive and enjoy the car and not stress over and damaging the paint. The bumpers do have chips and touch up spot on them the rear bumper bar has cracking from previous owner filling in were the bumper guards went. The grill and all the trim on the front end (expect the bird on the hood) was just replaced and is new. Also the rear taillight housing are new with new LED lights front and rear. The 225/45/17(front) 255/45/18 (rear)  toyo white wall tires complement the American racing  torqu mag rims for the perfect classic look.INTERIORThe inside of this awesome 1956 Chevy has a very period correct feel from the 50's.The black and white front and rear pleated seats where just re-upholster.The carpet is newer and in great condition and the newer headliner from TMI finishes and complements the period correct 50's style grant steering wheel . The door panels seem to be original and they do show some wear but its nice to keep as much original as you can sometimes. All the lighting inside was updated to LED when the resto-air a/c unit was installed with the bluetooth app for controls. To power all this there was a new RON FRANCIS wiring harness installed to finish updating the inside of the car.To keep going with the period correct 50's style theme a SUN TACH and Stewart Warner gauge pack was installed for those much needed gauges. The full HERTZ sound system with sub was also hidden for the finishing touches of this one of a kind 1956 Chevy restomod.    Don't miss your chance to own this 50's style themed restomod feel free to reach out if you may have any further question. We have explained everything to the best of are ability and this 1956 Chevrolet 150 is begin sold AS-IS with NO warrantiesif you have ZERO feedback from Ebay we will kick your bid off unless you have contacted us first and we can verify and make sure you are a real person.
