Hello and welcome to my auction.I have for sale a 1967 Chrysler Imperial convertible which requires light restoration.I purchased the car from Illinois before the start of the lockdown last year. From what I was told the previous owner started the restoration and (for some reason) it was stored away for a period of time. The car has been mechanically gone through with new tyres, fuel tank and brakes. The main fuel line needs reconnecting to the carburettor as I believe it was disabled by customs in the New York port.As stated the car has been partially professionally restored both by myself and the previous owner.The seats have been recovered in blue leather and the wooden veneer has been replaced.I have a steering wheel to go with the car in very good condition.Also the carpet is brand new but needs sticking down.The electrics will need checking before the carpets, seats and dashboard can be refitted. Items like the headlight switch, dimmer switch and radio need to be reconnected. However, I can confirm that the convertible top works fine from the switch.The floor plans are solid and the car does run and drive from a petrol can directly to the carburettor.There is a small dent on the bonnet as can be seen in the photo. Due to its time in storage the paintwork would benefit from a good polish and some touching in.The car is registered in the UK and all fees paid.The number plates are with the car.To the best of my knowledge the car is complete and will be a real head turner when completed.I have owned the car for 18 months and is only for sale due to a combination of furlough and loss of storage.Please email me for further assistance.The winning bidder will need to arrange the collection but I will help wherever possible.Kind regardsAlan
