Lovely 1955 Ford Consul, with charming patina, Canterbury Green with Tan trim, approx 84k, apparently long term dry stored for long periods of its life, It is in very presentable standard condition, paint has various age related blemishes, but looks good overall as photos show, very solid car in boot, engine bay, underneath etc, Interior all very serviceable, original registration number, In Dorset/Somerset area all its life until coming to me on the East coast of Kent, original owner had it 33 years, 2nd 22 years, 4 owners in total, will require recommisioning, although starts and runs nicely, engine sounds really sweet, brakes have all new cylinders, hoses, metal brake lines, but will need bleeding/adjusting, clutch release bearing noisy through being sat, very unusual opportunity to find such a tidy and mainly original, correct car this age, amazing its preserved as well as it is after some 65 years!, Its all there, nice straightforward project, some paperwork/history with car, just look at the pics its a really nice old thing, I bought into my classic car business with eye to keeping myself, as not seen another like it in years, they dont come along often like this, but other cars in pipeline, currently dry stored.
