Austin Healey Sprite Mk2 1963 1098cc - Rare Car

Here we have an opportunity to purchase an Austin Healey Sprite Mk2 1963 1098cc. Mk2 rare model with handle less doors. I've owned the car for a few years now. I purchased the car from an old chap, intending to complete the car and have a professional respray to create a concours show car as it is such a brilliant solid car. As you can see in the photos the floor, engine bay and boot are all absolutely immaculate, it has all been restored to a  high standard. Personally I was planning to have the car professionally resprayed to make a concours car given the body work has been done so well. However, the paint would be fine if you were just looking to create a nice usable classic.  The car comes with its original registration '123 YKJ' which was valued at £2,000 many years ago so no doubt this has increased considerably since then. This is an easy project to create a stunning car. The only bits required are carpets. door cards and hood (if desired - I have the side screens and frame but no hood), everything else is there. As you can see in the photos, the seats have been retrimmed in black leather with green piping which look brilliant in reality. The bumpers have been professionally re-chromed. Some of the bits I've bought/done since owning it:-  New radiator and heater matrix- Original wheels refurbished with new tyres and high quality chrome hub caps. - New chrome screen pillars and glazing rubber ready for screen to be refitted.- New quality pressed aluminium plates- New chrome boot handle - New chrome number plate lightThe car is in Coventry and will need to be collected. We had the car out today and started the engine up which is very sweet - I've got a video of the car running which I can email/whats app if requested. It needs a new master cylinder for the clutch and brakes - all the parts are really easy to get hold of online. Any parts I've bought have been from A H Spares. There is quite a bit of paperwork with the car including a drivers hand book as well as some nice photos of the car which were provided for an insurance valuation back in 1994. Please no more time wasters as had lots last week.
