This is my personal VW and I LOVE THIS CAR!

VERY original, survivor car!!

*Factory black paint (plenty of scratches, chips and some minor rust but shines VERY nicely) and always gets praise!

*Factory brick red over stone white interior. All new and had to wait 8 weeks for (now discontinued) material from Germany.

Factory rear pop outs.

Original 1200cc single port runs better than new!

Car shows 78,000 miles believed to be 100% original.

2" drop spindles.

This car is my daily driver and it starts/runs and drives excellent!

It never needs "warmed up" on a cold start.

It starts like a new car and off you go.

Smooth shifting trans!

Car handles the road wonderfully and is a pleasure to drive!!!

NO SMOKE!!

NO END PLAY!!

Fresh/clean oil and valves set properly!

Brand new 12V generator, 12V battery, shocks, tires, bulbs all over and wipers.

Has its original VW front glass headlights (not repop).

New clutch cable.

New points and condenser, cap, wires, plugs, and fuel pump.

All lights work (in/out), signals, gauges, indicator lights, dome light, horn beeps and so on.

Smooth speedometer! No bounce!

Doors open and close perfectly and tight.

Weatherstripping is excellent.

Heater system is not currently hooked up but heater channels are solid.

Body has multiple chips and scratches. There is some rust on the lower quarter panels along the bottom edge and I do have replacements but never had the heart to install them. To me the car is perfect just the way it sits. At some point in the cars life someone installed some crude rear pans but they are solid and functional. The rest of the floor is also ROCK solid everywhere else.

Roof rack has rusty "patina" look to it and is included with sale! So are the vintage wooden snow skis and bamboo ski poles (basket not included).

It's an honest car with NO hidden damage.

It's a fuel saver that always draws a crowd of enthusiasts!!

Clear Indiana title in hand (in my name).

Currently plated, insured and daily driven.
