1970 LHD VW Karmann Ghia Type 14 Coupe for sale

Imported from Texas in 2017, I purchased this Ghia from Type 2 Detectives in 2017 when it was first registered in the UK.

Works undertaken in 2017 by T2D – ‘Refurbished 1600cc with dual carburettor installed, new fuel hoses, dropped spindles, new front discs and rear drums, new callipers, new master cylinder, new steering coupling, new front wheel bearings, new track rods, all new brake hoses, all ball joints, new front shocks, full wax oil, front indicator conversion to clear lenses, installation of 2x rear seatbelts'.

Purple paint finish including patina with clean and tidy white interior. Porsche Replica Fuchs wheels 155/60 tyres to front and 195/65 to rear (Spare wheel the same as the front). All hubs are Porsche pattern.

The mileage on the car is 74322 and in the 4 years we have owned the vehicle I have driven a ridiculously low 1200 miles! Always stored under a carport. Unfortunately having to sell due to children getting older and having to make space for a learner driver car!
