A 4 speed manual transmission gives this Shelby Tribute a classic racing feel. The 289 V8 also features a large number of performance upgrades including a 3.250 stroke forged crankshaft, Molnar billet H-beam rods, performance forged pistons, Clevite high performance rod bearings and main bearings, an ARP main stud set, a brass freeze plug set, a Melling high volume oil pump, a billet roller timing chain, a Custom Schneider flat tappet solid camshaft, and a Ford Performance head gasket and intake gasket, all of which give this car tons of muscle. The front brakes have been upgraded to disc brakes with slotted cross-drilled rotors and the rear brakes appear to be stock drums. With a posi rear-end, you can be sure that the rubber sticks to the pavement on this Mustang Fastback. This '66 Mustang Fastback has been re-finished in its original Red color and features white GT350 side decals as well. All new American Racing Torq Thrust Wheels with 4 new radial tires finishes the exterior look on this Mustang Fastback. The black vinyl bucket seat interior is in excellent shape and is correct for this Mustang. The dash and upgraded woodgrain steering wheel are in very nice shape as well. The trunk and engine compartment have been recently detailed and both look great!
