This MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE was Built in the FORD DEARBORN MICHIGAN PLANT on 11th May 1965 and IMPORTED from the DRY STATE of TEXAS in 1989 and has ONLY HAD 2 OWNERS in the UK in the LAST 31 Years spending them for 24years in the SOUTH of FRANCE as a SUMMER CAR . The car is Finished in CASPIAN BLUE METALLIC with BLUE TRIM and A WHITE SOFT TOP. In 2013 the Car was Fitted with a BRAND NEW 347cu in CRATE ENGINE (Race Prepared ) and NEW AUTOMATIC GEARBOX at a cost of 20,000. At the same time lots of other modifications were carried out to handle the extra power some of which were RACK & PINION STEERING, DISC BRAKES, Suspension Springs and New Shock Absorbers along with being Lowered, NEW FORGED ALLOY RACE WHEELS with Diamond Cut Rims. The list goes on as there is to much to list here . The Body and Interior are completely original although the car was Resprayed in its Original Colour prior to being imported to the UK in 1989.The car comes with ORIGINAL HAND BOOK along with its Build Sheet and a FULL PRINT OUT of the ENGINE SPECIFICATION and DYNO TEST RESULTS.
