Selling for a friend I have added his contact number as he doesn't have eBay This is a very reluctant sale of my  Ford escort XR3i Cabriolet Mk4. I have owned this car for the last 14 years it has never been welded it's full wax oiled and schurz undersealed. The car has always been dry stored in the barn. The only bad points on this car when I first purchased it there was a slight bit of paint flaking on the battery tray which I treated with rust agent that is how it stayed and never got any worse it wasn't  rusty it was just a little flaky. also it has a original roof but will need replacing and the steering wheel is not original it's from a a series 1 turbo 3-spoke leather which is worth quite a bit of money on its own. The seats are not original and there is a slight burn on the backseat apart from that they are immaculate as you know these cars are getting more and more sought after especially one that has been stored in a barn like this car has. I am going to be sad to see it go as I will probably never be able to replace it. The car has low mileage 69000 recent MOT I'm only selling this as I've been given the opportunity to purchase a boat from a friend at a very good price that I cannot afford to miss Please call Charlie 07908109530
