2008 F550 4x4 . 56. 00 original miles. 2nd owner. 6. 4 Diesel. Manual transmission. Standard Cab  XL. nbsp;
The 6. 4 diesel starts instantly in any weather and runs very strong. The transmission shifts smooth and clutch is solid. Truck has a slightly lower geared rear end so it pushes through deep snow with ease however it is not a 80 mph truck on the highway. Brakes perform as they should with recent pads etc. up front. Goes down the road . starts. stops and handles as it should. Truck does have an occasional check light on the dash so I had it checked several times and they said it was to do with an airbag light that's sometimes on but its never been wrecked and they said it was most likely due to the plow frame mounting etc interfering with original bumper set up.  I have plowed snow for 5-6 days straight at times and the truck runs perfect at any speed or work load.  Western V-Plow with recent upgrade in 2016  to Ultra Mount Mounting system so it will run Ultra Mount or the existing Uni Mount type plow. Handheld Control.  Henderson Stainless Steel Commercial Spreader (very expensive)with in cab controls for conveyor and spread rates. Rear spreader lighting. Spreader just had all conveyor sprocket. bearings and complete material feed chain replaced in 2016. Spreader does not have the troublesome remote gas engine it has remote hydraulic source with quick disconnect couplers and ratchet tie downs. Minutes to mount and dismount spreader. Holds 2 ton plus material.   Knapheide all steel flatbed dump with lighted headache rack and plow strobe lights and stake pockets. Dump bed and Spreader are both run by an under hood hydraulic pump with large passenger side fluid tank. Flip the dash switch to activate pump then your ready to operate in cab controls. Plow has its own separate pump. Dump bed does need one hinge point repaired (see picture) Otherwise it works as it should. did not show pics of bed up because you can't raise with sander currently on. Truck has 6 like new M+S tires with less than 2000 miles on them. Exterior is in great shape with nice shine and just minor dings and a small dent on top of drivers fender. See picture. Factory wheel flares up front. Grille has a crack on lower passenger side. (see picture)Interior is in great condition with cloth seats that have no tears or wear showing. dash and door panels etc are also nice. Factory rubber floor covering which has worn through on drivers side but I just installed heavy duty custom molded mud/snow mats. CD player/stereo. manual windows and locks and AC I am the second owner of this truck and it is in great shape and is ready to go to work immediately with super low miles. This is a heavy duty work truck with all the desireable attachments for snow removal. landscaping. grounds maintenance. hauling etc. To set a truck up exactly like this would cost a small fortune and this one has only 56K mi.
