Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle.  
Buyers Inspection: If you plan to have a buyers inspection. please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
Notice to Bidders: I reserve the right to end an auction early (In the case where I strike a deal before the auction ends). so please feel free to contact me to strike a deal. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.  
Deposit: I require a $500 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours  to secure the car. This deposit can be made via PayPal. wire transfer. or certified funds (cashier's check) and is non-refundable. You must make the initial deposit of $500 via PayPal (within 24 hours) to secure the car.
Payment of Balance Due: The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description. this vehicle is being sold "as is".  No representations or warranties are made by seller. nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended warranties may be available; please contact me for details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept the following payment methods: 
- Cashier's Check- Money Order- Cash (in person)- All funds must be in US dollars only.  
Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Furthermore. buyer must fax or e-mail copy of their State-Issued valid Driver License (for preparation of all required documents).  

VEHICLE PICKUP. SHIPPING. & DELIVERY
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.  
I can help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
All shipping arrangements are provided by me as a courtesy. I am not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper. not with me.
Before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer. all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier. but is generally 3-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
