1988 Chrysler LeBaron

This 1988 Chrysler LeBaron has been garaged and used by an elderly couple who have taken excellent care of it since 1992. The interior is in pristine condition. the seats look practically new with almost no visible wear. the dashboard has only one scratch that I could find. the interior door panels are in very good shape. the floors are very clean and have always been covered with carpets. and the seatbelts all look new. The only cosmetic issue is the detaching ceiling upholstery suffered by most classic cars. All interior electronics. including the front and rear sound system. radio. heat and air conditioning. steering wheel controls. and dashboard controls are completely functional with no apparent issues.  The exterior is in very good condition with the beautiful and uncommon deep gray body paint and roof leather in great shape due to it never being stored outdoors. with only minor scratches and scuffs to both and a couple almost indiscernible dents in the bodywork. The hubcaps have some minor scuffs from standard use. but are still in good condition. The underside of the car has minor rust. the extent of which is shown in the photo above. This vehicle's service history is fully documented under the current ownership and records associated with the VIN show its had a complete and regular service history over its lifetime without any significant issues. The 2. 5 L I4 (the most powerful engine option for this model) runs very nicely with no issues in my two years of ownership. the suspension is very forgiving and wonderful for cruising. no problems with the 3 speed automatic transmission. very good brakes. and all lights and windshield wipers are in perfect working order.
