This is an authentic "H-Code" Mach1 with the original matching numbers 351 Cleveland and FMX automatic transmission. This is a very original. factory correct Mach1 that comes with a certified Marti Report. I have added a few performance upgrades. aluminum intake. Holly four barrel carb. two and a half inch stainless steel dual exhaust and new A/C compressor. All of the original parts that came off will come with the car. I acquired it from the estate of the original owner. It's always been garaged and very well maintained and cared for. There was one repaint in the late nineties in the original color and all. riginal rust free sheet metal. This car is very clean and solid with no rust to be found anywhere! It always starts right up and runs very good. I've driven it on several highway trips and it performs great. No overheating issues even when driving around town in traffic. It's a nice handling car and steers true and straight with no vibration or swaying. This is a nice. clean. solid. good driving Classic Mach1 with a lot of desirable factory options. It came very well equipped with factory A/C. Rear Folding Seat. In-Dash Tach. Center Console. Disc Brakes. ower Steering. Slotted Alloy Mag Wheels. Deluxe Interior. Front & Rear Spoilers. Am/FM Stereo and FMX Select Shift A/T. It also has a set of rear window lovers and complete trunk mat including spare tire cover and jack storage bag. I forgot to mention one of the best features about this particular Mach1. The original owner thankfully had the foresight back in 1973 to have his new Mustang rustproofed! Anyone familiar with the company named Ziebart knows what a difference their process will make in an automobile years in the future. Although the company and their rustproofing process has been around as long as I can recall it's really rare to come across a classic car now days that was Ziebarted back when it was originally sold. I noticed the familiar Ziebart access points on this car when I was buying it and asked the son if he knew what the holes with the rubber grommets were for inside the door jambs and he confirmed what I suspected. His dad had the dealer rustproof the entire car when he purchased it new in 1973. I don't remember how much it cost back then to have a car done by Ziebart but it wasn't much and certainly money well spent! I remember having it done a couple of times over the years to new cars I bought and really never gave it much thought but compared to other cars from this era the results are impressive! When you see the condition of this car it's evident the process works! It literally has no rust anywhere on it!
