THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this car is in GOOD to very good. nbsp;99% rust-free mostly all original condition overall. The paint has a very nice lustrous glossy finish with a few imperfections one would expect of a low-mileage 34 year-old car. They include a slightly off-color touched up area on the bottom of the right door along with a make-shift repair on the inside left side seam of the trunk and some brush touched up corrosion spots along the bottom of the rear window corners. Other blemishes include a rock chip on the center of the windshield. some light rock chips on the hood. worn roundel badges and some fading on the classic wheels. Overall this is a VERY presentable and still handsome example of this marque.  

THE INTERIOR
The interior of this 320i is in very good to excellent condition SUPER ORIGINAL condition overall! It sports a PRISTINE. almost crack-free dash. excellent uncut door panels. clean and comfortable Reacro cloth sport seats. nice original headliner and rear deck. beautiful original loop carpeting with BMW mats and a nice smooth sliding crank sunroof. All of the gauges and controls work as they should including the odometer. The horn and blinkers are inop though and this car did NOT come equipped with air conditioning and does not have an audio system. Other imperfections include missing defrost button and rear seat is tattered.

THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This classic BMW starts. runs and drives quite well overall. With barely triple-digit horsepower on tap. it certainly will not keep up with a new M3 though revs smoothly and willingly with smooth and crisp shifting five speed. Braking is straight and solid with good pedal feel. the suspension is tight. quiet and supple with excellent light and responsive steering feel. quiet exhaust and nice open airy cockpit. There is a slight wheel shimmy which seems to be caused by the cupping on the front tires. And for the gas misers. this car will hover at 30 $miles per gallon on the open road!
