Up for sale is my 1936 Plymouth P2 Convertible and I believe it was a Canadian car built in Windsor.  I purchased it in 2007 and had plans on street rodding it. I purchased a new 2007 6. 1L Hemi for it and both were still sitting there not sure if I wanted to destroy the originality of the car as I haven't seen one for sale since I bought it. I drove the car occasionally to local cruise nights and club functions.  Plans changed and recently I Redi-stripped the gas tank. added a small electric fuel pump for instant starts because the new gas evaporates in the carb bowl when sitting. added a new driveshaft and u joints. ($456. 00) new motor mounts front and rear. rebuilt the rear end with new seals. brakes. wheels cylinders and rebuilt the master cylinder. New brake lines. I added a new rebuilt radiator. ($700. 00) new water pump. cylinder head and repo running boards ($800. 00). Don't know if the engine is original as the numbers as I see it (P4) are 1937 but then this could be a late 1936 car I guess. The body is very nicely done and straight but there are chips since the car was painted in 1983 and sat. There are antenna holes in the driver side cowl area. The fenders are in great shape and appear to be NOS as they seem too nice but I'm no expert. Tail light is not original. Bumpers are like new. The engine seems to have been rebuilt with not many miles on it if any when I bought it. See pic of pistons when I had the head off. Don't know about the trans or clutch but they work well.  The body I don't believe was ever off the frame. I converted it to 12 volts negative ground and added a one wire alternator for reliability cruising around. I have the original stuff.  I have receipts where the 92 year old gentleman I purchased it from stopped working on it in 1983. The interior was partially done (seats and rumble seat w/naugahyde) Rumble seat has some weatherstripping on it and I'm not sure how to remove it without wrecking the seat.  I have some spare parts I purchased like a hood ornament and I'll have to go dig around to see what else I bought.  It needs a top. I believe the entire frame is there for the top. The tires are from 1983 (new then with no miles). They ride a little rough. are unbalanced and should be replaced. Any questions please ask. This is a very rare car and one of early Chrysler's best looking ones. Clear Illinois title. If someone wants to make an offer give me a call.  630-621-7451. John
Might trade up or down on a streetable 63 Fury or 65 Belvedere.

The floor board is there. just off for the pic of the trans but it's seen better times.  I'd get a replacement or make one.
