1967 California Cougar in very nice condition! She is super clean inside and out with the under body only having surface rust. She is solid!! The original owner painted this black from its original yellow 20+ years ago and still looks good. The only place i could find an indication of the old yellow was when replacing the antenna under a screw head. The non original rebuilt 351C engine and rebuilt C4 transmission operate beautiful with some good power!Here is what else is new within the past 2 years:New battery. starter. alternator. carburetor. gas line (tank to engine). gas tank reconditioned.  MSD ignition. exhaust. carpet. front and rear seat covers. Borgeson power steering conversion. power master cylinder. Wilwood front disk brakes. headlamp relays for full power illumination. headlamp door motors to replace the old pneumatic openers. 15" tires and rims .  What doesn't work:Cluster temp and oil gauge not hooked up but additional add on gauges below sense temp. oil psi and volts. Clock does not work. The front tires when turning tight will hit the fenders when reversing because of the size of tires. She has some surface rust underneath and chipped paint that road rocks would kick up and do. .  but nothing that a ten year old car might have. If i were to keep the car here is what i would do: Suspension its tired and she creeks but still goes down the road good. This little sassy cat has LOTS of money in her. Take it the rest of the way or just enjoy! To a serious buyer i would take this car to any mechanic of your choice within a 30 mile radius of my location for your inspection. But of course you the buyer would prepay for this .
