2006 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class Roadster

Up for sale is my mother's absolutely stunning 2006 Mercedes Benz SLK350 Roadster. This beautiful roadster quickly converts the car from a 2 door hardtop into a 2 door convertible with a simple tap of a switch and it is an absolute marvel to watch as the hardtop automatically retracts and folds into the trunk. The SLK350 is the ultimate in stylish grand touring and the fit and finish on this Benz is second to none. This timeless Mercedes is quite hard to find not only in the 'Mars Red' color. but also a 6-speed transmission and she is in pristine condition regardless of how hard you look. Please note. the factory AMG wheels and AMG badging were added when the vehicle was purchased however the car is not the AMG model. these were cosmetic enhancements only.

This cream-puff has been garage kept it's entire life and has been dealer maintained since new. The factory paint job is stunning in every aspect and shows flawlessly regardless how hard you look with only minor imperfections. This 100% accident free SLK looks. runs. drives. handles and brakes like she were a month old despite her having just over 100K miles on it. This is absolutely a MUST SEE vehicle to truly appreciate how nice she is. You may find one cheaper out there. however I guarantee you will not find one cleaner. better maintained or more pampered than this. especially if you want a six speed!

The tan and black leather interior is free from any stains. smells. rips. tears. soil or dirt marks and everything including all power options operates exactly how they should. The leather seats are soft and subtle. the dash gauges are clean. crisp and bright. and the air conditioning works flawlessly with separate driver and passenger side controls. The cars factory Harman Kardon stereo with 6 disk changer sounds amazing and also includes the optional navigation/maps. optional XM-Sirius and optional phone/sync controls. This car was heavily equipped with every option when ordered from Mercedes Benz.

The retractable hardtop is no different than the rest of the vehicle and is also free of any defects or flaws of any kind. The top opens and closes effortlessly with a simple push of a button and seals tightly with soft pliable weather stripping throughout the car. Simply tap the switch and watch the windows automatically retract as the trunk lid folds backwards. The roof then silently lifts and literally folds in half as it quickly disappears into the trunk area before the final step of the trunk lid folding forward closing in everything tightly. The whole process takes about 20 to 30 seconds and is truly a marvel to watch. the engineers at Mercedes had outdone themselves.

The optional upgraded 3. 5L V6 starts effortlessly and makes a quiet rumble as it idles. The car is extremely potent and responsive throughout the RPM range making this car a blast to drive. however she is still capable of making just shy of 25 mpg/hwy.  The 6-speed manual transmission shifts with ease and really allows you to connect with the car the way an automatic transmission is not capable. If you have been looking for a SLK Roadster and are unwilling to settle for anything other than an absolutely pampered and flawless vehicle.  this is your car. You can confidently fly in and drive her home. no disappointments here.

The Mercedes has just had a full professional detailing including a 3 year ceramic coating on the Mars Red paint job. It looks deep. rich and stunning from every angle. honestly the pictures do NOT do this car any justice. Additionally. the SLK has just had a full service including oil and filters. a new set of Michelin ‘Pilot-Sports' tires were installed less than 2000 miles ago and a new gel-core battery installed. She is 100% ready to go!! Car comes with both sets of keys as well as owners manual.  

As stated earlier. this Mercedes is being sold for my mother as she does not have an eBay account. The title is clean and free of any leans. clean and clear CarFax and is ready to transfer upon payment received. The car has been photographed just prior to writing this posting so truly what you see is what you are buying.
