Meticulous and consistent maintenance including: (full maintenance history and receipts available):Scheduled Oil changes every 5000 miles with synthetic oil (via Porsche specialty mechanics)Professionally detailed twice yearly (April 2017) - see pictures (inside building) using 2-stage ceramic paint correction New Brakes  (March 2017)New Battery  (March 2017)Michelin All-Sport 19 front - 22 inch rear tires (2016) New CV Boots (Feb 2017)New Clutch (2015) - including IMS Bearing failure resolved with IMS Direct Oil Feed Kit (DOF - TunerRSmotorsports. com - see video).  IMS bearing failure was a known mnfr defect leading to unresolved class action lawsuit. Elected to install DOF as a preventative fix only.  If purchasing a Porsche 911 between yrs 1997 - 2007. recommend considering only those Porsche's which have undergone IMS prevention repair as engine replacement is guaranteed if the bearings fail.  DOF kit installation is the only true fix for this mechanical engineering deficiency.  Pre-purchase Inspection (PPI) available.
