2002 Chevrolet S-10 LS

This well maintained 2002 Chevy S10 in Great Shape.  There is NO RUST on this truck. the exterior looks great. the pictures tell the story. The interior carpeting has been completely replaced along with custom mats within the past year.   The truck runs great. one touch of the starter and it starts immediately.   Here's why - the following items have been replaced on this truck: Complete Distributor. Spider Injectors. Lifters. Push Rods. Valve Cover and Intake Manifold Gaskets. Thermostat. Water Pump. Timing Chain with Cover and Gasket all replaced in the past year. The Plugs (Delco Double Platinum) were just replaced within the past two weeks. The engine has been running Mobil 1 for as long as I've owned it. The engine is tight. powerful and ready to go.   Suspension: The front left wheel bearing was replaced 2 years ago. the rear transaxle was completely rebuilt. and at the same time the real axle bearings and all seals were completely replaced – so the rear on this truck is completely new (a very expensive job).   All 4 wheels have had the front brake calipers and pads. rear drums wheel and cylinders replaced. including brake hoses within the past year. This truck stops on a dime because its ALL new and replaced by a professional mechanic. if you win this I'll give you his number. The rear transmission and front transfer case seals have been replaced.  The interior radio has had all the bulbs replaced and an AUX jack was installed so you can plug in your cell phone and/or blue tooth receiver. The rear speakers have been replaced within the past year. The Air Conditioning Blows Very Cold and the OEM Fan motor has been replaced within the past 1. 5 years.

Additionally. the headlights have been converted over to Xenon and the rear tail light lenses have been replaced as well.  At night. you won't have any problems seeing the road as the lights are as bright as can be.  All the shocks have been replaced within the past 2 years along with the fuel pump and fuel level sending unit.   The transmission shifts perfectly. 4 wheel drive system was just checked before last winter – press a button and this thing switches to full 4 Wheel Drive. never misses a beat.  Check the photo of the gauges – the engine was running and there's no error lights. The truck has had a theft deterrent / remote door lock system installed.   

Obviously. you can see I've spent a bundle on this truck. well over $4K. it's been many hours of work by myself and one Chevy centric garage in the area.   I'm selling this because I have two trucks and I just don't need them both. My daughter used to drive this one but she went off to college and it's just sitting there in the third bay most of the time. She's telling me that when she's out of school she's switching to a sedan – hey I get it. but while she was driving this. she was safe – it's dependable rock solid truck.
