We do require certified funds (cashiers check. money order. bank check). accept cash in person or bank wire transfers. We also will accept loan checks from other banks. USAA. credit unions. local bank. etc. we do not accept Captial One Blank Checks.  Buyer is responsible for shipping/transportation. tax. title. license ($10 Illinois Temp Permit required for out of state purchases). $172. 15 doc fee. $25 opt IL EFT fee. these are IL state regulated fees.
