Show quality 1968 Mercury Cougar. 289 V8. C4 transmission. 8" rear.  Power steering . Power disc brakes.  Engine has had a fresh rebuild including new rings. seals. gaskets. Mallory distributor. Edelbrock 4 bbl carb. Edelbrock intake and a mild cam. Dual exhaust.  C4 transmission has new seals. gaskets and a B&M shift kit.  Both are VIN # stamped. Runs and sounds great. This car comes with the original owners manual showing all service records from June 6. 1968 up to it's 24. 00 mile check up. It was then sold to an older gentleman who always had it garaged and drove it up to 43. 00 miles before putting it into storage for over 15 years where it sat untill being completely nut and bolt rotissorie restored.  

This beauty has been professionally restored to show quality. The entire restoration was photo documented and no expense was spared. The body is lazer straight. The paint is House of Kolor Kameleon (color shifts and changes multiple different colors)  and is as smooth as glass. It has shaved door handles with remote poppers.  All body lines are perfect and the doors close like a new car. The bumpers are painted and bolts have been shaved.  Flat Black front and rear spoilers have been added for an aggressive look. Brushed aluminum side mirror and 17" Aluminum wheels compliment the paint nicely.

Custom Paint Job Alone Is Worth $20. 00!! 

Black interior shows nice. No rips or tears anywhere. New carpet and headliner. Dash has custom color coded accents to match the body. Looks great. very subtle and tastefully done. Wood steering wheel with body colored horn button.  Dynamat insulation has been installed under the carpet for a quiet ride. Car comes with a Marti Report.  Far too many new parts to list! Original intake and carb are included in the sale and come with the car. Booster has a vacuum leak and requires a little extra pedal effort and taillights need a relay other than that she is spectacular and show ready.
