All Vehicles sold are sold As-Is. with no written or expressed warranty. period. We hav a mix of Shop cars owned by us. Then there are Consignments listed with us by our Clients. It would be virtually impossible to offer any sort if warranty on a car we have no history with.
These are typically very old cars we sell here. If the ad say ''It's in great condition" this is not a statement of fact that all systems on the car are in perfect condition. It's a statement of obversation that from every angle. in general. it's a car in great condion in our opinion. and being marketed for an appropriate price based on past sold cars and current listings we see advertised.
We also understand that Everton buying a car. especially a Classic car. has their own perception of what is nice and what us nice. We will do everything possible to help you make a decision to buy a car you will be happy with. Most cars for sale here are looked at very carefully to determine its overal condition. Terms like #1 condition car refer to a car that is considered a "Trailer Queen'' meaning it's almost too nice to drive and it is trailered to car shows and driven sparingly. The lowest rating we use is a #5 condition car. Typically this is a car worth parting out. one that might be all together. but to get it up and running would cost a lot and better off using as a parts car.
The responsibility of determining your cars condition before making the purchase is all yours. If we can help. we will. however. we will never try to sell you something in a #2 condition if it clearly looks like a #5 car.

We do this every day and will make the process as easy as possible for you. I can tell you first hand that there's nothing better than getting that call from the driver that says "I'm 30 minutes away". Thirty minutes later. the back doors open up. and there it is!! Always inspect the car. and compare the condition to the sheet filled out at our shop before it left. Once satisfied that its the car you bought. hand the driver his money. grab your keys and go for a ride! We also get quite a few calls from potential Buyers asking if the car they are bidding on will make it from our shop in Gig Harbor. Wa. to their house. My answer is always. Absolutely! Now. it might have to be towed the last 875 miles. but indeed it will make it. Actually. every car is different. but. for the most part. all our cars are old and have not been tested for a marathon. Your asking if a 1963 Corvette with a low mile engine will make it? I would treat it like a Football player that has sat on the bench all season. then. the day of the Super Bowl. tell him to get in there and play Quarterback in a no huddle offense. It could work. but it might also be ugly. Take it slow and easy without running her 2. 87 miles in 2 days. and you might have a chance. Just tow the dam thing please!
