1980 MG MGB for sale

For sale. 1980 MGB. Runs good. No known mechanical issues. In the last 10. 00 miles. brakes. including new calipers and wheel cylinders. master cylinder. rear shoes. and front pads have all been replaced. New fuel gauge sending unit. (All gauges work)All tune up items. including a new Pertronix distributor. spark plugs and wires. clutch. aluminum radiator with electric fan. front suspension and sway bar bushings have all been replaced. The alternator and starter have been rebuilt. In the last 6 months. a new cylinder head was installed. rear main oil seal. belt. both upper and lower radiator hoses. new anti freeze. oil. oil filter and air filter have all been replaced. It has a new clutch master. slave cylinder and hose.
I have owned the car since 2001. and since then all the above noted work has been done. I have put less than 10K miles on it since I got it. and some of the items had to be replaced just because I was not driving it enough. In 2001. it was painted. all stainless steel trim removed and polished. new tires. wheels were stripped and painted. New Convertible top. new weather stripping. Interior. including carpet. dash. seats. door panels. console. and visors were replaced. I have not kept track of the money spent. but have no doubt it is a great deal more than I'll get back when it is sold. and is more than the asking price. I love the car. but just don't want to continue paying insurance and tags while not driving it like it needs to. It has been stored inside or under shelter 95+% of the time.   DESERVES OWNER WHO CAN DRIVE IT.   Buyer is welcome to have your mechanic or someone you trust to check the car out. Odometer reads 07457. but it has rolled over. making total miles 107. 57
