The Chevelle line had a nice Forest Green in its palette for 1970. and you would almost swear that this was one of them. Except when you see the sun hit this coupe. you instantly recognize that it has a deeper luster than anything that come out of the earthtone '70s. That's because there has been a solid investment modern paint practices and the metallic elements gives this a true standout presence. This added shine really highlights the straight bodywork with sharp creases and uniform gaps. Since this is a true Super Sport. you'll be happy to see plenty of time invested in getting all the SS details right. This includes the super scoop cowl hood. badging. and special attention paid to getting those iconic dual white stripes painted on straight and correct. It looks fantastic with the correct Chevy orange radiating out of the black engine bay. and has been dyno'd to produce 387 HP. Plus. the chrome air grabber with callouts always makes it nice to pop the hood at car shows. The big V8 inhales deeply through the Holley four-barrel carburetor. and it exhales with the great big block authority out of long tube headers that feed the Flowmaster dual exhaust. Best of all. you get complete control of the powerhouse thanks to the four-speed manual transmission.   Vehicle may be sold by Streetside Classic Cars prior to the end of the auction. Streetside Classic Cars reserves the right to end its auctions early or to cancel bids solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
