This vehicle is in poor condition. It has a lot of body rot and some rips and dents on the fenders   It is missing the front bumper. front bumper brackets. headlights. and tail light. The frame is solid. The engine turns over. The drive train is complete. I do not believe it is worth restoring. It would make an awesome Hot Rod or Rat Rod. This is a New York State car. New York is a non-title state before 1973. Car will be sold with a New York State bill of sale good to transfer in any state.
