This is a lovely example of a 350SL that requires some TLC to make good.

We have carried out a full mechanical inspection including the following areas; Interior. Exterior. Mechanics. Ramp check and road test. We will be happy to talk through our findings with any interested parties.

There are some areas of rust to be found on the sills and the bottom of the arches however other than the boot lid which has been re-sprayed it looks as if the rest of the paintwork is still original. Both the hard-top and soft-top are in good condition and all of the chrome trim remains in excellent order with no pitting or damage. Both front and rear rubber bumper trims are also free from any scuffs or damage.

The interior is in good order with no wear or damage to either seats. The centre console and dash are free from any cracking or fading. The green carpets are showing no signs of serious wear throughout the car.

All four 'Mexican Hat' alloy wheels are in pristine condition having recently been refurbished.


The car comes with its original document pack that contains the owner's manual and service book. The booklet shows a full MB service history until 80. 00 miles. an independent service at 90. 00 miles in 1989. It is currently at 110k miles. covering just 20k miles in the last 24 years. There are also various invoices for work carried out. copies of old DVLA documents and the most recent MOT certificate showing no advisories.
