I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal. I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read. thanks

.  my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.
it  is where I started my journey into the car business. at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA. after football practice. I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up. checked the oil. washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work. brakes. welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars. I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees. 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot. we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and  today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion). and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down.

I know these old cummins  diesel/and 7. 3's  trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California. exas. and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast.

A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks. I do not play games with the price. I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see. however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer. the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels. is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line. what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices. bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck. if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal. stop down if you can.

 

I also do airport pickup at Harrisburg International. return 1 way rentals. shipping. have on call hours 7 days a week and I am a  bonded tag agent and issue temp tags/title transfer on the spot at my office. Here you go guys not the normal type vehicle of velicle I sell if you been watching my trucks but its a trade in. I probably can sell the engine for what Im asking for it.  but this in my opinion would make a perfect farm truck or construction truck for someone. hey not everyone has or wants to spend 15-20 grand on a diesel pickup but I will tell you what this will do the same job as those 15 grand diesels (maybe better) for a fraction of the cost.

Mechanically its awesome. the engine will fire right up. nice and smooth no blow by or leaks. Has excellant power. no check lights no issues. good tight front end. good michilein rubber. good brakes and exhaust. the 5 speed tranny shifts perfect with excellent clutch. at 75 she is tight and right. 4x4 works good too.

Inside the interior pappy took excellent care of it.  non smoker. no rips. cracks or smells and all working. the exterior body is clean but has rust as you can see on the bottom and frame has surface rust but its usable and solid. and fixable or usable as it is.  inside the bed is mint that cap was on since new. good bumpers. low miles. if your a body shop fix it and I gaurentee Its a 9 grand truck all day long. I don't do body work so my loss is your gain. remember serious buyers only on a first come basis.    Diesel Tom 717 991 0568
