1957 Pontiac Star Chief


Great project ready for body and paint. Clean and free of rust. You don't find these this solid. California car. Mild custom Star Chief. 4/door HT with shaved handles and rear doors welded and custom folding seat installed. Lowered a few inches. Same center body as 57 chevy and uses a lot of the same parts (doors. glass. etc. ) Mechanically sound. Engine/tranny good runner. Front disk brake conversion with custom booster done recently. so it has like only 50 miles on the new system. Brakes work very well.  Modern and safe. Have EVERYTHING. 2 sets of perfect stainless. newly chromed bumpers. grill. tail lights. and rechromed window trims installed on brand new green Windows. Brand new windshields. I have every single nut and bolt clearly labeled in Sharpie on a zip lock back.   This car was dissasembled with care. so it will be easy to reassemble. I also have 1000 dollars in Red Hot and summit white PPG DBU with clear. additive. etc. I bought it converted to a 2 door and painted a flat black cruiser. I dug out all the bondo from door welds and stripped the paint for quality bodywork and paint job. All new fluids and filters. Clean and already has the expensive part (re-chromed bumpers/grill/tail lights/ etc. ) ready to finish into a showstopper. Also comes with 4 wide whites and 2 reverse wheels.

**Chrome is coated in grease for protection. so looks dirty in pics but is rechromed shiny new.   Also. pics show dash apart because it gets painted as well.
