You are looking at a very nice 911 that is under priced! Very Low miles and female driven~
We just had the 40K service done by Porsche that runs around $2000. It includes oil change. Plugs and change of fluids along with a lot of inspections and greases added where needed. Like the top.
They did find the starter was running high amps so I had it replaced.  
The car runs tight. No strange noises. Top goes up and down like it did when it was new.  
I took a picture of front bumper where some scratches are. There not real big and your plate may cover it up.
Tires are in good shape and have plenty of meat on them. Battery is about a year old.  
Overall for the age of car its a A+ car. There is one pea size dent on the front fender.  
I have 7 cars and my drive way is full. I am selling this and a truck I have.
