 1990 VW T3 SYNCRO

Requires head work- milky oil . it still runs and drives and sounds as it should. this has not had any overheating issues. can send video of car running. feels like its lost about 10% power. no horrible noises. research shows it could be water jacket seal or possibly cylinder head. Will ideally suit someone wanting to fix engine or replace with subaru power plant.   I can only see one other syncro advertised is Australia and which is priced at $22000. 00 with a standard 2. 1 vw engine.   At worst maybe a top end rebuild kits are available from VW heritage. reco engines from UK etc. I have just purchased a new daily driver so ideally I am looking to sell as is
