1950 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck - built in Ellenboro North Carolina – and imported into AUS approx  5 years ago.   Was on full Vic Reg now on Club Reg. Truck is registered at Vic Roads with the LS1.  

1997 S10 Chassis – Disc brake front – drum rear – 2001 Chevy Silverado LS1 - full electronic 4 speed Auto (1800 RPM at 100K's) - VS SS commodore computer and tune.   Truck runs beautifully - very fuel efficient - reliable and strong in the motor.   Alloy block cast iron head LS1 - Rebuilt computer - wiring loom – rebuilt diff - custom cold air intake - external thermo fan.  

Truck has fantastic patina - no rust in the floors. cab mounts or chassis.   Very strong structurally - some cosmetic rust and surface rust as part of the patina.   Has a number of Army storage boxes fitted - wide white walls front and rear on steelies with hub caps.   

Retrimmed and resprung Leather bench seat - extended Lokar shifter with retro microphone shift knob  - all modern gauges (Temp / Fuel / Oil pressure and Mph speedo). Indicators. check engine light and - hand brake warning lights all professionally wired into the dash.    Completely hidden sound system with sub woofer under the seat.   Ex-Police siren for horn - lots of small little custom details.   

You need to see the truck to appreciate it - it's a one off - very cool truck that is usable and can go anywhere anytime.   Regrettable legitimate reason for sale.   Personal and project reasons for the sale.   Lots of work (and money) has gone into getting this truck right.   It's a get in and drive anywhere / anytime truck.  

The only thing/s it needs are a Lokar Shift lock out adaptor (for the micrphone shift knob) and Gear indicator shift boot (so you can see what gear you're in ) – both for any RWC.
