Just in time for summer. This is a 1980 MGB. the last production year of this venerable car. It is my uncles car and unfortunately he has gotten to the point that he's unable to work on it anymore. This car will start and drive and only has 30000 original miles. As a restoration project it will not take much to bring this beauty back to its originial luster.

This classic "B" has an exterior medium blue color and tan interior. Condition issues include. but not limited to: Rust along the beading separating the fenders from the body. top is shot and the interior. while having many salvageable components will require some restoration. All 4 tires are holding air but due to the car sitting for so long may have some rot.

These reliable cars are a blast to drive and capable of keeping up with traffic. Parts are plentiful and available through Moss Motors and other online sites. Very easy to work on and maintain. This car will need some love but the low miles will make it a nice car when completed. The water pump is bad and making noise so we disconnected the drive belt. A new. uninstalled water pump will come with the car.

When we pulled it out the garage we put a new 12v battery. new fuel pump and fresh gas and it started right up. Most of the electronics work. but will need some attention as well.

The rest of the car is pretty solid. There is a spare wheel and tire in the trunk and we have the original air filter housing and plumbing. The car has a clear title. will start and drive. It runs smoothly and hits on all 4 cylinders. shifts properly and stops when the brakes are applied. When started there is no smoke. noises or leaks. the 12v battery is new. Please keep in mind this car is 37 years old and does need some TLC not withstanding other minor flaws. The pictures tell a pretty accurate story and I'm happy to provide other photos as well.

This car has a low reserve of only 2500 and a buy it price of 2900.
