It is on the original California title and does meet CA smog requirements. This 400i was shipped to the renowned Ferrari convertible shop owned by Richard Straman and received a complete power convertible top at time of import.  The top is currently being redone and the car will come with a fresh new top.   The leather is soft and supple with very minor dash shrinkage by the center pod. Car just received a major service with new timing belts and drive belts and comes with all of these receipts.
