I started building this van just over a year ago trying to make something that I could spend a large amount of the ski season in. traveling and chasing storms here in Colorado. This van was built to handle some nasty conditions and keep me on the snow. I feel that I have accomplished this fairly well. The van still has a couple of things that need to be completed but most of these tasks are pretty strait forward. Trim on corners connecting walls to ceiling and wiring in inverter.  
As noted in the description there is something wrong with the motor -it will need major servicing if not replacement. I am not a mechanic and have no idea the extent of the damage. The mechanic I went to said it was majorly overheated and will need a rebuild. I was driving out of a local mountain pass and it completely lost power with no warnings signs. Will not start. I am cutting my losses and moving onto a different vehicle for future exploits. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle and take it to a mechanic. (it will need to be towed) This may be a great project for someone who knows how to work on these motors. This vehicle is developing some rust spots on the body but most sprinters do.  The van will also need a new windshield installed.   A build out of this nature takes a fair amount of time. money and knowledge to complete.  The power systems have been tested out extensively and they are proven to work great! The solar setup charges me up to 100%  daily even when cloudy. This setup has never been below 89% full. With the heater running all night. the fridge on and usbs charging everything I own it refills itself daily with no problems. I have all the components to use AC power but have never wired it all in. I just found that DC was more efficient and I could do almost everything I needed with only DC. The AC outlets are wired and in place. the inverter has a mounting panel but is not installed. This vehicle recently received a complete brake job front and rear with OEM mercedes parts. It has 1 year old BFG KO2's on it and less than 4 month old monroe struts all around.  please review pictures for more details.  I have fairly detailed images of the buildout and could provide those if interested.   I have put  alot of time and labor into this build. Price out the components and you will see there is value in this setup already built and ready to go.   Please make an offer.
