2007 Ford E-Series Van Quigley 4x4, EXT body; Custom Interior-Loaded! V10

Someone is going to get an awesome van! I bought this new in 2007 (original. one owner) and it's been my daily driver and family ski trip vehicle since. Quigley 4x4 - the best!  And. custom professionally done loaded interior (see photos for list on orig paperwork): ac/heat. nsulation. seating. lighting. window blinds. wireless with 15" video TV; all rear seating is quick release for access to a wide open van when needed; electric rear bench fold down w/ extension bed; power points. inverter - too much to list - all works as it should; New (Jasper rebuilt) V10 motor at 100. 07 miles w/ limited transferable warranty (3 yr / 100k mile from install - see details). yes. my bad luck is your good luck. I had a cylinder crack and had to replace the engine about 4500 miles ago; tow package; dual batteries; engine block heater; power side mirrors; cruise control; limited slip 4. 10 rear axle; heated driver/passenger front seats; simulated wood dash/console cover; valances with infinity lighting; ProAir Aux climate AC/HT; Extended Body (138" wb); 2 tires almost brand new on vehicle and other 2 are still very good- plus. 2 brand new ones come with the vehicle as extras - along with snowchains (used once) and 4 wireless headphones; main stereo is bluetooth/cd/navigation/rear camera etc. This is a great van! I keep vehicles for 10 years and it's now time to sell. This is a used 10 year old vehicle. with normal wear and tear with minor flaws. But. it's in overall great shape and gets admiring looks wherever I go.  
"Issues" to note: not sure what shows on Carfax. but the only damage done to this was done by me turning/clipping a short bollard pole in a parking lot. dented the 2 cargo doors on side and dented part of the side; Doors were replaced with new ones and the side repaired through insurance (see photos - there are  no issues. And. I have photos of the damage I can send if desired); plastic chrome on front grille is crinkling; plastic trim on one end of front bumper needs reattaching; driver door pocket is coming loose; a few tiny dents; misc scratches; paint dings; road "stuff' on lower quarter panels; no rust issues; normal wear and tear for a 10 year old vehicle used daily;  I have many more photos I can email if requested.
